Q&A

  • A creative coach is a guide and motivator who helps you gain clarity, build momentum, and stay accountable to what matters most to you. In our sessions, I offer practical structures and reflective tools — things like goal-setting frameworks, habit systems, journaling prompts, communication exercises, and decision-making methods — to help you move forward with intention.

I’m not a mental health professional and I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. My role is focused on personal growth, direction, and accountability. I’ve worked with both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, and if I ever sense that someone would benefit from additional or specialized support, I’ll gladly refer them to a licensed therapist or another appropriate professional such as a financial advisor, personal trainer, or career specialist.

  • We’ll set a schedule based on your needs and goals. A typical rhythm is meeting once a week for 60 minutes, but this can vary depending on the type of support you’re looking for.

If you have a specific project or milestone in mind, we can create a focused timeframe around that. If you’re seeking ongoing support across different areas of your life or creative work, we can build a longer-term structure guided by monthly or quarterly goals. For periods where you’d like extra accountability or momentum, we can also meet twice per week.

  • I’m based in Studio City, Los Angeles, and sessions are typically held over virtual video calls. In-person sessions may be available upon request.

“Biz has been a huge source of inspiration and support during my professional transition from a corporate background to a creative field in design. She provided several attainable and structured action plans in which I could not only improve my quality of life but track my progress.”
